Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called Pro-Rod Drainage the day after Boxing Day as we had a major problem with the soil manhole overflowing. Patrick was on site within the hour and was able to get things flowing, but camera investigation indicated that the problem was a collapsed underground soil pipe and therefore, needed excavation and repair for a long term solution. Patrick returned early the following week and carried out a full repair. I thoroughly recommend the services of Pro-Rod Drainage.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend!! I called around in Luton to find an expert to unblock my drain and I was shocked to see the extortionate call out charges! Luckily I found Pro Rod and he was half the price! And he came out the next morning first thing 9am! Unblocked it within 30 mins, I couldn’t be more pleased! Will definitely save his details for any future blockages.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Patrick was on time, polite and knowledgeable. He located the problem from a foul smelling drainage sack by using an endoscope and cleaned it thoroughly with a jet wash. The price was reasonable and the same as his quote over the phone.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were at the final stages of our move when we were thrown a curveball with a wetroom that was fitted 12 years ago which was not linked to the drain correctly and could delay our move. Patrick came and liaised with Anglian Water to find out exactly what needed to be done and confirmed with them all was good before he left. He was flexible, friendly and so professional, he knew exactly what it meant to us. Highly recommended 👌
